Shipping and exchanges
ORDERS:
After placing your order, check that you receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Orders are considered complete once payment has been confirmed. If you are unable to pay for any reason, please send us an e-mail to hello@eterniya.com.
You will receive another e-mail later confirming the shipment of your order, which will also indicate its tracking number.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES:
– Portugal (Mainland and Islands): 2 to 3 working days
– European Union: 5 to 7 working days
– Rest of the World: 7 to 10 working days
The order will be sent to the recipient and address indicated.
If delivery is not achieved by our partners, a new attempt will be made. If it is returned, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
*Eterniya will not be held responsible for any customs fees or delivery delays depending on the country of destination.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order. Before finalizing your order, you can see the total amount to be paid, including shipping costs and VAT. Orders over €50 for Portugal are free of charge.
The shipping fee is as follows.
– Mainland Portugal: 4,50€
– Portugal (Islands): 8,20€
– European Union: 8,20€
– Rest of the World: 15€
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
If you wish to exchange or return your products, please contact us by e-mail: hello@eterniya.com, indicating your order number, which item you wish to exchange/return and the reason for the exchange. Exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of payment. For a return or exchange, the products must be sealed as they were sent, unused, unless there is a problem with them.
Reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility, unless Eterniya is responsible for errors or damaged products.
